What is the Metra Concern Hotline?

The Metra Concern Hotline is a confidential channel through which you can ask questions and raise issues about ethics, safety, compliance or Metra’s Code of Conduct.

Are reports secure and confidential?

Any report you make will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible consistent with law and good business practices. Metra uses NAVEX Global's EthicsPoint case management application to support the administration of the Hotline.

What is Metra’s stance on retaliation?

Metra does not tolerate retaliation. We consider acts of retaliation to be misconduct. We seek to provide a safe, healthy and productive workplace for our employees and our business partners who assist us in our business operations. Every report of retaliation is thoroughly investigated.

Can I file anonymously?

Yes, you may file complaints anonymously. Anyone filing a complaint must provide sufficient detail about the allegations in order for an investigation to be started, and submitting a complaint anonymously may limit Metra’s ability to fully investigate it.
